The My Disney Experience (MDE) and the Disneyland app will show you WHERE and WHEN to meet all of the characters that appear in the parks.

If you HAVE to meet a specific character, you can look up where and when that character typically appears. Some characters have formal meet and greets while others appear and roam areas of the park.
