It was nice having “ one stop concierge” for hotel reservations, park tickets, shuttle, stroller rental and dining reservations. The app in addition to the Disney app was also helpful in gauging wait times at the park.

There were several times where we went outside of our normal routine to try something you suggested and it turned out to be the kids favorite. We finished off every night at Epcot and walked home to our resort at your suggestion. The kids really enjoyed it.

Our trip was great thanks to Ashley! She was so organized and it made the trip really enjoyable. We would recommend her to anyone that is planning to go to Orlando. Everything Ashley did to help was amazing. We would have had a lot of trouble planning this trip ourselves since it is very complicated. My boyfriend and I haven't been to Disney since we were children. I had no freaking idea where to start. Big shout out to Ashley and Magic Me Vacations! We booked our trip only a week out, and she helped us with choosing our hotel and setting us up with the Genie+ package that was well worth it. Despite it being spring break for the majority of the country, and one of the busiest times of the year at the parks in general, the longest line we waited in was 30 minutes thanks to Ashley. Our trip was absolutely AMAZING! Not relaxing. Hahahaha 😁 We were able to do every single thing we had set out to do. We did our last WDW Splash Mountain trip at 44 degrees and got soaked, even with wearing ponchos. Pop Century was just enough for this trip. Nice, clean and you can't beat the transportation. I have already handed two of your cards out to parents that I work with. Thank you for all that you did and do that made our trip truly wonderful and easy to navigate.

How far can I reserve in advance for another trip?

Magic Me knocked this one out of the park! We booked a short trip to Disney only 3 weeks out and, man, I don’t know if anyone else could’ve made it happen. We not only hit up every attraction we wanted but also discovered some we weren’t aware of. Booking with Ashley took all of the “overwhelming” out of Disney. The whole trip was a total breeze. Seriously cannot wait for more trips in the future!

Yesterday was amazing!! Thank you so much for the tips. We didn’t wait in any long lines. We lightening laned Slinky, Millennium Falcon and Runaway Railroad - like your Genie+ Priority list told us to. Because we had those, we got to meet Mickey and Minnie early and the kids absolutely loved it! They’ve never done that because of COVID. My husband was geeking out over lunch at Docking Bay 7. We spent the longest time in Galaxy’s Edge because we used the Play Disney app to scan the different cargo in Galaxy’s Edge. Longest line I waited in was 60 minutes (due to maintenance) at Tower of Terror. I went on by myself at the end of the day. Huge success!

From start to finish, Ashley was super helpful and responsive! I loved that she sent us maps to all 4 parks and Disney Springs a couple of weeks before we left so that we could review them beforehand. Last minute we decided we preferred a King sized bed. Ashley called ahead to put in that request for us. She also let the hotel know we were first timers so they gave us celebration buttons at check in. 😊

What services could Magic Me Vacations have offered to improve your vacation experience?: Absolutely nothing! Well, maybe tagging along and being our personal tour guide!! Lol.

Ashley took care of my friends and I when we planned a 16 person trip to Punta Cana. She had given us multiple hotel options/flights everything!

A few friends had to fly back due to a death in the family and she was able to reschedule everything for those two specific people.
