2024 Disneyland Packages
We’ve all been (im)patiently waiting to book our Disneyland trips for 2024. Disney has just announced that starting tomorrow, August 24, packages for Disneyland can finally be booked for all of 2024.
Disneyland only has 3 on-site resorts:
Disneyland Hotel
Paradise Pier Hotel
Grand Californian Hotel and Spa
This is far fewer than the 20+ at Walt Disney World, so availability at these resorts can go quickly. I highly recommend reserving your Disneyland room as early as possible. Remember, it only takes $200 to deposit on a resort and ticket package at Disneyland or Disney World. It is refundable up until 30 days prior to check-in when the final balance is due.
Though there are only 3 Disneyland hotels, there are many Good Neighbor hotels to choose from too that can be as close as across the street from the main entrance to the parks to a couple miles away. The streets leading to Disneyland and California Adventure have many hotels that may be a good option for you and your family depending on availability and budget.
The Disneyland resorts are priced in the Deluxe (Disneyland Hotel and Grand Californian) to Moderate (Paradise Pier) compared to Disney World resorts. The off-site hotel options might meet your budget needs without being too far away.
Though Disneyland only has 2 parks and is a fraction of the size of Disney World, it actually has more attractions! The duplicate attractions it has to Disney World are also different, and in my humble opinion, better. You’ll also find unique offerings that can’t be found at Disney World such as Avengers Campus with two attractions and a TON of opportunities to see and meet your favorite MARVEL super heroes and Cars Land where you’ll be transported into a life-like Radiator Springs and possibly meet Lightning McQueen himself.
